What does a great Relationship Manager do?
If you are passionate about helping small and medium businesses (SMB) grow and prosper, consider joining a team that is developing innovative financing solutions designed for our growing base of 1.5M merchants. The retail experience continues to evolve and our clients need flexible financial services to fund growth while transforming the retail operations to gain a digital edge.  Today, more than ever, merchants need real-time financing solutions that scale with their businesses.
As a Relationship Manager, you will help our partners leverage a portfolio of innovative merchant lending solutions from Fiserv to support small business growth across North America.

As a Relationship Manager, you can look forward to:
• Working with partners (ISOs, Agents, ISVs) to drive Clover Capital marketing campaigns
• Supporting business development efforts to increase sales and expand Value Added Service channel partners
• Communicate the product strategy for Global Business Solutions (GBS) Lending solutions to Fiserv’s Bank Partners and Independent Sales Organizations
• Ensure there is collaboration within Bank Partners, Independent Sales Organizations, merchants and Fiserv’s internal functional areas to provide a best-in-class SMB merchant experience
• Train, report, and present product enhancements to the channel partners, while monitoring and effectively managing product/service performance
• Working with other account management, product teams, legal, compliance, vendors and operations to ensure alignment
• Assist in managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and client communication

You are a self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and get results in an fast paced environment. You have outstanding influencing skills and the ability to drive results in complex, matrixed environment.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product and/or relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or finance
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Strong written communication skills in a technology environment
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
