What does a great Sr. Client Service Rep do?
As a Senior Client Service Rep, you will work with small-to-large clients; like financial institutions, providing superior support. You will be developing positive relationships with key client personnel by fostering open communication, understanding their internal structure and providing regular follow up as needed.  Providing client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolves client issues relating to products and services while providing exceptional support to our clients. Continue to maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients. Processing numerous transactions to send and receive information while ensuring its accurate and timely completion of assigned work. Additionally, prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed in an accurate and timely manner.

We are looking for the kind of person who can demonstrate a can-do attitude, who would like to showcase your strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Sr. Client Service Rep, you can look forward to:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email
  • Navigating systems to answer customer inquiries
  • Making recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure on-going support of their business
  • Providing flexible assistance through cross-training and support to surpass customer satisfaction and service level goals


Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a high degree of aptitude in problem solving
  • Strong organization skill due to supporting multiple items for various clients at one time
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)


Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Client services or client facing experience
  • Microsoft Access knowledge
  • Ability to display innovation, research, investigation, and analysis
