Sr Associate, Fraud AnalysisWhat Does a great Member Relations Team Client Service Representative do at Fiserv?
Our Point of Sale (POS) Client Services team is responsible for supporting the operational needs of Card Services’ clients throughout the US. Our clients are Merchants and Financial Institutions (FIs) that utilize Fiserv debit card processing products and services. Our group provides phone and email support in areas such as transaction inquiry, settlement, out of balance, reports, database set-up, client notifications and client tool access. Each Client Service Representative should have an understanding our product/services and utilizing various systems and platforms to service the client inquiries and support requests while working closely with various internal groups.
What you will do:
- Answering incoming inquiries from our customers, to resolve customer questions and concerns
- Providing accurate information and quality customer service
- Provide continuous feedback and status updates in systems and to key stakeholders.
- Researching customer inquiries utilizing company resources and document customer conversations, information, questions, corrective action/answers via C360
- Research and answer questions related to:
- Transaction history and anomalies utilizing Splunk
- Upcoming change and maintenance windows utilizing ServicePoint
- Transaction history and/or client data via Star Station or Client Central
- Responding to client inquiries through C360
What you will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Customer-Focused Attitude to deliver exceptional customer service and resolving client issues
- Problem-Solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Familiarity with communication tools for managing client interactions and data
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in client information, transactions, and communications
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and contribute to a positive team environment
- Experience in Client support projects and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions.
What would be nice to have:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Cards and Payments domains and products
