Primary Functions

• Is a Servant-Leader for the PMT

• Coaches/mentors leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

• Helps manage risks and dependencies

• Facilitates team success through process improvement activities

• Ensures strategy and execution alignment

• Escalates when necessary and remove impediments where possible

• Provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

• Drives relentless improvement and assesses the agility maturity level of the DOM and help it improve
