Document existing processes in a technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes. Translate high-level complex business requirements from clients into functional specifications for the IT team in order to provide specific and unique solutions to the clients. Manage changes to specifications and educate the IT team on the direction of the business. Ensure systems effectively serve clients by managing the entire lifecycle of consumer lending products and payment structures across multiple schemes and products. Utilize document existing processes. Gather information regarding clients’ work processes and information flows. Communicate unique requirements to the IT team. Offer solutions to banking clients in order to enhance enterprise’s competitive edge. Consult with business areas to identify needs and appropriate technical solutions. Design and document technical requirements. Configure, test, and analyze application software. Lead System Parameter Definition effort. Provide solutions to client requirements by building supporting applications that can integrate with existing systems. Maintain application updates. Participate in migration, reviewing results, raising defects, and following-up with customers on testing.

Education & Experience Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent…or related 5-plus years’ experience.  4 – 8 years’ experience with banking/fianance projects.  Experience with VisionPLUSsoftware suite.

Special Requirements:

Must have 4--8 yearsof progressively responsible experience with VisionPLUScredit or debit card processing in the Latin America market. 

Language Skills: Spanish-English skills a plus
