What You'll Do:

You will work with front-end tools and technologies like React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React testing library, RXJS, and Redux as part of an Agile team of developers in our Card Services group. Your work will help financial institutions and consumers around the world with quick, secure, and reliable transactions and solutions to their needs. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, and testers and be involved in the design and development process up through product deployment

Requirements for Consideration:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in React and Java/J2EE development

  • 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React testing library, RXJS, Redux

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring MVC, RESTful & SOAP Web Services; additional knowledge of JPA, Spring Cloud, Microsoft Azure is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience developing APIs and enterprise applications

  • 3+ years of experience in RDBMS (Oracle/Sql Server), LDAP

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree, or equivalent experience

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the finance or debit/credit cards domain

  • Practical experience with end-to-end DevOps CI/CD pipeline using one or more of following: Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, SonarQube, Silk Central, SoapUI, Groovy, Cucumber, SVN, Selenium, Postman, Azure DevOps

  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

  • Experience with one or more of Kubernetes, OpenShift, CloudFoundry is a plus

  • Good experience with messaging techniques like Tibco EMS and MQ

  • Experience using modeling tools like UML, Rational Rose and Microsoft Visio
