Professional Services Functional LeadWhat does a successful Professional Services Functional Lead do at Fiserv?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working on the cutting edge of the payment industry. The position allows you to contribute to the development of industry leading technology that supports the payment needs for banking organizations of all sizes. You will interact with every level of a banking organization from the C-Suite to Payment Operations.
You will primarily support banks in North America, there may be opportunities to support banks globally.
There are travel opportunities, travel is normally limited to no more than one week at a time.
Since we do support bank payment system installations there are requirements for night and weekend work. This is on an as needed basis.
EPP supports clearings globally, you will have the opportunity expand your knowledge in payments across clearings that are supported and new clearings that are developed.
What you will do:
You will be interacting with our product management team with the design of enhancements to the payment system supporting our banking clients.
You will be part of a team that will teach banks to adapt to the functionality of a new payment system.
Working with the team you will create solutions that that support the banks payment.
You will evaluate new payment clearing systems and contribute to the functional design of EPP.
What you will need to have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience; preferably in the payments industry.
You will be required to understand at least one of the following clearings: Fed Wire, US ACH, TCH RTP, Fed Now RTP or Correspondent Banking using the SWIFT network.
You must have experience creating documentation that supports payment systems.
Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms to influence and guide clients.
What would be great to have:
Since we are supporting banks, it would be very helpful for you to have banking payment operations experience.
Demonstrate ability to work independently to resolve most client inquiries and manage engagements to provide a positive client experience.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
