Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff

What does a successful Executive Assistant to an EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, do at Fiserv?

As an experienced C Suite professional, you will efficiently provide all administrative functions required to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who reports directly to the CEO. 

You have a keen eye for the details and work well under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing business environment.

What you will do:

In this highly visible position, you will:

  • Manage highly confidential information.
  • Understand the structure within the Executive Suite, with an ability to quickly grasp Fiserv’s organizational structure, including departmental operations and processes, corporate policies, and corporate systems.
  • Perform basic data summary functions including sorting, Pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc. and utilizing PowerPoint to prepare Executive Presentations.
  • Serve as point person for the CHRO and HR Leadership team.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with comfort in making independent decisions such as working within the CHRO’s complex daily calendar, prioritizing, communicating meeting requests and being able to anticipate preparation needed for important meetings and events domestically and internationally.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, with a knowledge of Corporate Aviation.
  • Compile and process expense reports in a timely manner.

What you will need to have:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years in a supporting role to a leader within the Executive Suite and exposure to working with Management Committees and Board of Directors.
  • Proficiency working within the Microsoft platform, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working creating pivot tables, charts, graphs and preparing executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes to delegate and aid in issues related to staffing and onboarding.
  • Experience prioritizing and escalating departmental approvals for T&Es, supplies, deals, employee travel and HR.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Past experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with other assistants within the Executive Suite and provide support when needed. 
  • Strong attention to detail and written skills, including word usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.


This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
