Agile Coach

What does a successful Agile Coach do at Fiserv?

Focus on coaching agile transformations from a family level, including developing the coaching strategies, instilling agile discipline and a lean agile mindset to their family.  Build high performing teams focused on delivering value to their customers and a relentless pursuit of improvement and innovation.  Coaches at an associate, team, family and leadership level and worked on Scaled Agile methodology in the past with some extensive experience of Scrum Master role as well

What you will do:

  • Propose and Mentor Agile framework (including Scaled version) to the Teams/organization

  • Collaborate on Agile workflow use and application of lean portfolio management

  • Facilitate leadership discussions to identify roles for families

  • Have sufficient Scrum Master Experience in both local and global Teams

  • Establish family working agreements to include mission & purpose, definition of done and definition of ready

  • Advise on team composition and structure, roles, plus timeline boundaries & events cadence

  • Facilitate and coach various Agile topics including but not limited to Story writing & Mapping, MVPs, Quarterly Planning, estimation and sizing

  • Foster alignment on initial key performance metrics and information radiators

  • Develop coaching strategies based on the needs of the family, mobilize and Advise

  • Develop coaching ability within the family & foster the environment of relentless improvement

  • Collaborate on different level of iterative Planning and Dependency Management

What you will need to have:

  • SM Certification including minimum 3+ years of Scrum Master Experience in Scaled Agile Framework

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the big-picture view

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from all parts of the Bank to demonstrate strength and clarity to them

  • Proven ability to initiate the sharing of knowledge and experiences to facilitate continuous improvement

  • Strong initiative and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service and consultation skills such as active listening and empathy

  • Executive-level presence and leadership competencies such an enabling other to act and inspiring a shared vision

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven experience leading and facilitating team meetings and work sessions with technical and non-technical participants at all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of agile software development including Scaled Agile framework.
