As a product marketer, a lot of my responsibility is around the go-to-market activities of a new or existing product. This position can work in the Beaverton, OR, Parsippany, NJ, or Alpharetta, GA office. The preferred locations are the Beaverton and Parsippany office.

What does a great Implementation Project Specialist do?

You will be responsible for the delivery of product solutions to our new and existing client base. You will have the opportunity to partner with multiple teams within the organization and external clients. You will lead key activities to ensure the installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements.

As an Implementation Project Specialist, can look forward to:

  • Acting as primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
  • Taking projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.
  • Providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Developing project plans and related task lists as necessary and updating plans accordingly.
  • Working with the client to determine parameter settings and keying parameters into proprietary databases.
  • Managing multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining professional client relationships and managing expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
  • Providing occasional after hour support of client implementations.
  • Working with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked.
  • Developing and maintaining consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purpose.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

You’re the kind of person who:

Has at least 3 years of experience in software implementation or software client services. You are seeking a high volume software implementations role where you will have the opportunity to work with multiple areas of the business, providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders. You are highly organized and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Required qualifications for consideration:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a software implementation or software client services role.
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating project activities.
  • Ability to provide after hour support of client implementations if needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Card services experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
