What does a great Senior Financial Analyst do:
Prepare the monthly close, forecast and annual budgeting for Electronic Payments functional areas.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze drivers of variances, to identify underlying business issues, provide input for operational decisions.
Support Senior Management's decision-making process by handling the analysis and reporting around key business drivers, including operational expenses.
Lead the monthly close and forecast processes for the team
Facilitate the creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans for the division
Perform ad hoc analyses, and assists team leadership with complex tasks, and projects
Monitor and establish internal controls to assure proper compliance
Ensures accuracy and transparency of reported and forecasted results
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years business related experience
Prior experience in an FP&A / consolidations role, including preparation of management reporting that includes performance insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency with Excel
Intermediate to advanced skill level on PowerPoint and Word.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Knowledge of SAP
BPC financial reporting system
Finance experience for contact center businesses
