What does a great Senior Director of Product Commercialization for one of our Joint Ventures do?

You will direct and coordinate activities related to Channel Commercialization and Sales Training. You'll use your passion and experience for leading change and inspiring teams to deliver an integrated and high-quality product offering to the JV through a thorough understanding of JV, channel and market needs. Partnering closely with product and technology, you'll understand the lifecycle, roadmap and benefits across a range of SMB and CMM product offerings, including devices and terminals, gateways and platforms. As a key point of contact for the bank partner, you'll serve as a liaison into the Fiserv people, platforms and program offerings.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Manage a product commercialization and full socialization to the channel partner. Including pricing and contract negotiations with legal and finance partners.
  • Partner closely and effectively communicate with Fiserv product leads, sales leadership, DSR and training to understand roadmaps, functional impact to existing and new Fiserv product, and share that information to our internal customers / stakeholders frequently
  • Synthesize feedback from these partners and relay details back to the Fiserv product teams, and complete the feedback loop in future meetings with the partners
  • Educate and enable sales and sales leadership on Products, feature sets, and enhancements and work with Fiserv product and engineering teams to determine market and product impact.
  • Communicate and share sales, revenue and penetration results as it pertains to Fiserv products and services with sales and product leadership
  • Create ongoing training strategy with sales and training leadership to ensure sales is staying informed on new and improved product.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and develop and deliver training addressing the needs of the client and sales.

If you're very comfortable speaking to large audiences (~200+) with unmatched excitement and enthusiasm, virtually and in-person, as well as with smaller more intimate sessions with senior team members; if you're known as an exceptional communicator- verbally and in writing- in a very structured, high-energy format, we want to hear from you.

If you can structure updates at a macro-level and dive into the micro details; if you're comfortable working with internal and external partners; engaging audiences of varying levels within the organization (e.g. support staff teams, vendors, and channel leads)- this could be the next step in your career.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 8+ years in sales, leadership, marketing and/or product leadership roles
  • Experience in software and hardware products; payments is a plus
  • Sales Training or Product Commercialization experience
  • BA/BS in related field; MBA preferred
