What does a successful ISV Partnerships Director do?
The Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partnerships Director leverages ecosystem relationships and Fintech market understanding to identify ISV solutions that complement the space between the Finxact offering and client needs. The ISV Partnerships Director engages ISVs, navigates the evolving landscape in emerging and existing businesses, and identifies and builds relationships with target ISVs that support client needs. Within Finxact, the ISV Partnership Director works closely with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to build a foundational ecosystem of ISVs to support Finxact’s long-term growth.
What you will do:
Develop an ISV ecosystem that balances Finxact’s business needs, platform capabilities, market trends and insights, and partner feedback
Identify potential ISV prospects, creates, develops and owns key relationships across the ISV ecosystem that furthers growth from initial lead through close
Champion the business alignment of the ISVs and Finxact’s commercial offering to facilitate the partner becoming a key part of Finxact’s go-to-market plan and metrics
Manage relationships with ISV partners to ensure the successful launch of integrations
Interface with other departments (Channel Partnerships, Sales, Services, Product, & Marketing) to manage day-to-day items related to ISV partners
Develop account plans, monitor and evaluate performance, and participate in business reviews internally and with ISV partners
Collaborate with and support marketing activities (events, campaigns, communications) with ISV partners
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business
7+ years’ experience in a Consulting, Fintech, or SaaS organization
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
