Associate Experience: Hear from Veterans of the Armed Services
As a Digital Channels Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our digital marketing experiences for two communication-critical functions: the associate intranet and digital signage. As the “Product Manager” for these Fiserv digital communication channels, you will work closely with our marketing leaders to deliver on digital transformation programs which drive associate experiences, create efficiencies and deliver business outcomes.
You will coordinate with enterprise content strategists and contributors to plan, develop and execute intranet and digital signage initiatives. You will work to build a network of associates who have expertise in each of the digital channel areas to create a content administration community, and then will foster that community through process and content optimization, best practices and general troubleshooting support.
• Provide input to and support the digital communications channel roadmap for the company intranet and digital signage
• Collaborate with content contributors to optimize messages for execution across multiple digital channels in alignment with the Fiserv location strategy
• Ability to interface with development teams and technical project resources to meet joint roadmap deliverables
• Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to continue to advance overall digital communications technology strategies
• Maintain digital properties including:
o Monitoring associate engagement and championing the user experience within each channel
o Developing and fostering a network of content administrators in each Fiserv site to enable local digital content
o Training associates on intranet and digital signage technologies, including becoming a subject matter expert on the Fiserv intranet layout and structure, as well as digital signage templates and signs creation
o Participating in planning and execution of digital technology pilots and user acceptance testing
o Utilizing analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end associate experience across multiple channels, including assessing metrics and proposing resulting actions
o Acting as governance manager to establish and reinforce channel standards and utilization
o Assessing, securing, managing and collaborating with vendor partners
• Position is based in Alpharetta, GA
• Up to 5% travel, based on initiative needs
• BS/BA degree in a business or communications discipline
• 5 or more years of experience in communications or marketing
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, as well as a process-oriented mentality
• Working knowledge of web site development and web management tools; SharePoint knowledge preferred
• Demonstrable experience managing technology initiatives, developing business cases for change, working with business marketers
• Experience in channel management and vendor management
• Up-to-date with latest trends and digital communications practices
• Is a change agent
