What does a successful Demand Generation Operations Specialist do?

This role will be located in our Alpharetta, GA office. 

Primary purpose is to own the operations and reporting functions that support lead generation and client engagement campaigns.  This role will support the operations within the demand creation team driving towards generating pipeline and a positive prospect experience.

In this role, you will:
1.     Create and maintain documentation of processes.  Gather routine feedback and suggest/implement repeatable process improvements that drive department and stakeholder satisfaction.
2.     Ensure proper use of CRM that enables optimal tracking.
3.     Create and manage process where all leads are qualified, entered into a sales automation tool and passed to appropriate sales contact, and SLA compliance.  Develop and share reporting to show progress
4.     Create and maintain campaign documentation to ensure information transfer to support the building out of all campaign assets
5.     Work with leader to determine the group’s training needs and set a plan to address gaps.
6.    Develop and distribute group level reporting, working with sales ops, finance and other resources in building out reporting views.

Qualifications for consideration:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, communications, business, or other related field) required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales operations.

  • Knowledge of lead generation and management stages and demand waterfall

  • Experience working in the following tools preferred:

                    Marketing Automation Platforms

                    CRM(Salesforce.com)

                    Demandbase

                    Highspot

                    Outreach

                    PostBeyond


Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications

  • Consistently contributes, making the team better either as a member.  Solid interpersonal skills. Must thrive in a team environment

  • Able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and then provide advice regarding campaign execution and results

  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.

  • Has capacity to sift through complex information and focus on the critical priorities.  Able to translate messages into clear, concise and impactful information.

  • Forms productive relationships within all levels of the organization. Ability to listen and build consensus between individuals.
