Responsibilities
What does a successful Customer Success Manager do at Fiserv?
You will be responsible for helping our clients realize the maximum value of our payment product solutions.
What you will do:
Be responsible for aligning our products’ requirements with our clients’ overall business and functional objectives.
Be a key bridge between internal product/engineering teams and our clients to ensure clients are retained and grow throughout the customer lifecycle, leading to a positive and measurable ROI.
Develop and implement customer strategies to drive adoption, usage, and retention.
Help coordinate internal teams to deliver great client experiences, including streamlined client transition to support and issue mitigation.
Explore opportunities for expansion with the clients, and partner with leadership to upsell and cross-sell to install base clients.
Monitor and analyze client’s data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
Perform regular business reviews with key customers.
Advocate for the voice of the customer within Fiserv
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years’ experience in account management or a customer facing management position.
- 2 years of subject matter expertise in a support role in a SaaS environment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to client or partner locations.
- Ability to work independently with clients as well as collaborate with internal teams to assist the client.
- Solid understanding of customer facing team challenges and demonstrated ability to streamline processes to support client success delivery.
What would be good to have:
- Having experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Knowledge on the payment industry (Payment gateway, processor, credit card and/or ACH).
