Job Title

What does the successful Test Engineer do?

You will have an impact on improving the quality of a software/applications to be delivered, and will be responsible for reducing risks of any faults in the systems on the production. You will design and perform manual testing.

What you will do:

• Define requirements for testing and prepare testing environment
• Create complete test cases based on the analytical documentation
• Perform testing according with defined test cases and report any faults
• Maintain the case data and develop it, including new functionalities
• Report test status (including risks) and system faults
• Assess risks related with applications' implementations and advise adequate testing.

What you need to have:

• Very good knowledge of SQL and experience with working with relational data bases
• Knowledge of software development cycle and tests process
• Knowledge on tests techniques
• Base knowledge of UML, BPM, and ablitity to read technical documentation
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux
• Good communication skills, enabling good collaboration accross the teams
• Detail oriented problem solver, persistent and goal oriented
• Ability to work under time preassure
• Polish language is a must.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of VISA, Mastercard card systems
• Abbility to create tools improving testing process
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of topics related with cards issuing.
